Sybest LLC Assets Recovery

WE GOT YOU COVERED

At Sysbest, we pride ourselves on being an approved investigator recognized by the California State Controller. Our mission is to be the leading experts in helping you and your family recover funds or assets that are rightfully yours.

Sysbest LLC provides comprehensive solutions and services tailored to address the challenges of unclaimed property at every step of the process.

No matter your industry or location, your organization may face both known and unknown risks associated with abandoned and unclaimed property. Managing these risks on your own can be costly, resource-heavy, and may lead to further compliance complications. Our skilled team of specialists in abandoned and unclaimed property is dedicated to helping you streamline compliance and reporting, minimize vulnerabilities, and turn potential risks into opportunities for revenue recovery and enhancement.

Every year, millions of dollars in unclaimed funds sit idle with the treasurer, awaiting their rightful owners to claim them. Sysbest is here to assist in this process. The State Controller holds onto lost and forgotten assets—like bank accounts, uncashed checks, insurance benefits, wages, stocks, bonds, and the contents of safe deposit boxes—safeguarding them until they can be reclaimed by their rightful owners.

Although the State Controller’s team diligently works to reunite people with their unclaimed property, there are always additional measures that can be taken to improve this process.

How Does This Process Work?

As approved investigators—often known as “asset locators” or “heir finders”—Sybest operates under legal authorization to identify unclaimed property and file claims for owners and heirs. By law, investigators like us are permitted to charge a fee for our services. However, it is illegal for any investigator to charge more than 10% of the value of the property that is returned to the owners. It’s important to note that there are no fee restrictions when filing claims for owners or heirs of county probated estates. This framework ensures that our efforts are focused on your benefit, helping you reclaim what is rightfully yours without excessive costs.
